Patti Paz

Concierge/Paralegal

Patricia Paz is the firm’s Paralegal/Concierge. She has worked with Mark for 18 years. If you are a client Patti is your first point of contact.

Bill Poulson

Director of Operations

Bill joined the firm in 2009. Besides managing the office Bill oversees Mark’s schedule. If you are a potential client Bill is your first point of contact.

Sherri Sheirbon

Funding Coordinator

Sherri is the firms Funding Specialist. She has been with us for 3 years. Sherri is the point of contact for clients funding their trusts.

Kathy Weil

Marketing Director

Kathy has been with the firm for 3 years and fills two roles. As the receptionist she is the first person you will probably speak with when you call. She also serves as our Marketing Director and acting as a liaison with our network of professionals.

Sharon Anderson

Office Assistant

Sharon is our Office Assistant. She helps keep the rest of us on track.

Jessie Dustin

Director of Finances

Jessie is the firm’s bookkeeper handling Accounts Receivable/Payable and Payroll.
