Things to Know About Estate Planning in Idaho in 2018

A new year is right around the corner! Are you ready? We are, and we have a lot of stuff to update you on as we go into 2018.

Meet Kaylyn

If you've been in our office recently, you've maybe met Kaylyn, our new office assistant. She's in the office to help Patti and the rest of the team keep everything running smoothly.

Kaylyn is currently a student at Boise State University studying biology with an emphasis on biomedical biology with a minor in political science. When she's not in the office she likes to read all different kinds of books specifically romance and mystery novels, going out shopping with friends and going out to her favorite karaoke bars.

We're glad to have Kaylyn on our team!

Goodbye Katherine

As we welcome new faces, we say goodbye to one as well. Katherine Stivers is moving on from Idaho Estate Planning to new adventures in Hailey/Sun Valley. We'll miss her! Good luck, Katherine!

Member Events

If you're a member, keep an eye on your email and mailbox! We've got some members-only events planned. Some will be fun, like our movie premiere and day at the pumpkin patch, and we'll also be adding some education events. These will give our members the information you need to make the best decisions for your family. We'll be in touch—and if you have a suggestion for an event, contact us, we'd love to hear it.

Vet 1111

We're on a mission in 2018 to talk to as many Vets as we can about the Aid & Attendance benefit. We know that this benefit is underutilized by our aging Vets, and we want to talk to them about it. This includes surviving spouses as well.

In 2018, it's the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day, the reason we started celebrating Veterans Day on November 11th. That's why we'll be focusing on Vets this year. If you know any groups or places we can come present about the Aid & Attendance benefit, please let us know. We'd love to set up a talk for your church group, assisted living facility, or club.

That's it for our 2018 update! We look forward to seeing you in the new year. And remember: if you're a member, get in touch today. It's time to come in and have your annual review!
